How Do You Make The Original Xbox Wireless Adapter Compatible With Xbox 360 ?
I have an xbox 360 and just bought a original xbox wireless adapter because its way cheaper and i heard it still worked. But, now that i have it i can’t get it to work. I also don’t have any access to the wireless network directly (its not mine).

“I also don’t have any access to the wireless network directly”
WHY DID YOU EVEN POST IN THE FIRST PLACE?! If you do not have wi-fi, that xbox wireless adapter will be sitting duck. And yes, the Xbox Wireless Adapter works for the Xbox 360. I have it myself running and it does work.
What you can only do for now is to connect your Xbox 360 with your modem. You see, if you want wi-fi yourself without having to wait for a neighbor to open up their wi-fi connection, you need something called a….
ROUTER
A router sends wi-fi signals to electronic devices such as your Xbox 360. I recommend getting a Linksys model, brand number WRT54G. It costs about 40~60$.
Edit: Mel, you just have bad luck with your Xbox 360. All the friends and myself that have the Xbox 360 have it for a year now and it’s working perfectly so, what you said is pointless… It didn’t even answer his question either…

im sorry but i have to tell you this,
XBOX 360′S CANT BE TRUSTED AT ALL! MANY BREAK DOWN EVERYDAY OR EVEN THE 1-2-3 DAYS AFTER YOU BUY THEM.
GOODLUCK WITH THAT
