How Do I Get Internet On My Xbox 360 Through My Laptop?

Here’s the situation: My xbox 360 & laptop (windows xp) are connected w/ an ethernet cable. Both are turned off. How do i get internet on the 360 through laptop.

    Best connect the xbox 360 directly to internet. it is the best and the simplest one.

    Follow a guide such as this one: http://www.instructables.com/id/Use-your-laptop-as-an-XboxXbox-360-wireless-adap/
    Basically, connect your 360 to your laptop via an ethernet cable. Then bridge your wireless internet connection(laptop) with your local area connection(360) and then test the connection with your 360. Look at the guide for more specific instructions.

    you need to get internet to your laptop first either with an ethernet or wireless, then use and ethernet cable or a router to transfer it to your xbox. if you go wireless you need a wireless network adaptor though so i suggest etherenet cable
