How Can I Cleans The Laser On My Xbox 360 Without Opening It Up?

I have tried the magnet fix but it didn’t help and I get the message “the disc is unreadable” and another that says I need to put it in an xbox 360 console. If I open it ip my warrant is voided and I don’t want to send it away for the summer vacation.

    If the game disks are not dirty or badly scratched, either call (800) 4MY-XBOX and talk to an agent or request a repair for your console on Xbox.com.

    your really going to need to make a decision here. You’ll probably only not have it for a month so its really up to you but if I were you I would send it ASAP, quicker you send it, quicker you get it back!

    If you’re still under warranty, send it to Microsoft.
